Steve – Project Director – Managing resources and overseeing finances to ensure the project progresses on time and on budget. Attends site visits and creates what you have in mind as your ideal kitchen with the help of his expertise in legislation and layout.
Yvonne – Project estimator & planner – With experience in the hospitality world, Yvonne understands and creates ideas for the flow and layout of the commercial kitchen and food serveries. Provides the estimations with the brief received from you and the project director.
Samantha – Office support / Marketing & Social Media – Our voice of the company through the world of the internet ensuring Dine By Design is communicating to the world, also monitoring and leading the platforms of our twitter, LinkedIn and google plus pages.
Linda – Accountant – Our Miss Money Penny, no further intro needed….
Tony – CAD Designer – Turning our sketches into (CAD) computer-aided designs. With these we can plan and build your kitchen including service drawings for our installation team.

Paul – Building Services Manager – With a vast experience in planning, costing, and managing building projects from small catering establishments to large supermarket stores, Paul manages our kitchen builds which need structural and additional building services. All health and safety is number one priority on the job.
Alan – Food Service Counter Designer – With over 30 years of creative design experience in the food service world, Alan is able to make your vision a reality. From bespoke one pieces to large hotel groups.
John – Food Service Counter Surveyor- Tape measure John is happiest surveying the site, making sure the design is correct and fits the designated area it’s designed for.
Martin – Senior Ventilation Engineer – Specialist technical air handling engineer with many year’s experience within commercial kitchen ventilation systems. A great problem solver in poor performing systems and redesigning new systems from small bistro’s to large complex projects.

Mark – Senior Catering Engineer – Comes with a wealth of experience in catering engineering and project management within kitchen installations. Started as apprentice in general catering equipment and has worked with many manufactures over the years. Gas safe certificated.
Tesh – Catering Engineer – A talent in Gas, electric and refrigeration. Certificated on all.

Vince – Refrigeration & Air con engineer – The specialist in refrigeration and air conditioning. From single upright fridges to large coldrooms.
