What is a commercial kitchen flow plan?

At Dine By Design, we don’t just throw a kitchen together and hope it works!  A well planned commercial kitchen will not only save time and effort in the food preparation, it will reduce cross contamination while creating a safe work environment.

When designing your commercial kitchen flow plan, we follow a process to make sure service in your kitchen will run as smoothly as it possibly can. The space shall be designed so that there is a continuous progression of food from delivery to storage, through to preparation and the finished product, with no cross over to avoid cross contamination.
